These cuties are sold as a pair. You get the option of a name, word, or single picture per heart. In tiny font you can get up to 6 letters. In my regular font (think nameplate rings) you can only get 3 letters. Below is a list of picture options. You'll be asked at checkout what you'd like for each heart. Personally I think a baby rosebud looks cute next to tiny front (as shown) The little hearts are brass and you have the option of gold fill or silver hoops. The hoops are penny size.
