This cuff was a true labor of love and only one of. The cuff can be squeezed or opened to fit just about any size. I added rainbow crystals to the troll for fun pretty hair. I sprayed it with a finish so it will stay nice and shiny. Since this cuff is made to order please allow 2-3 weeks to ship and crystals will be slightly different.
